The Oracle of Apollo at Delphi was international renowned in ancient times for its prophetic powers. The high priestess, Pythia, after inhaling the fumes which emanated from a chrism beneath the temple, would utter her prophecies which were then interpreted by the priests.

Since the beginning of time man has sought out his place in the universe looking to connect with higher powers. The quest for spirituality has been man’s driving force. We look to the heavens, we seek a connection with nature, we form organized religions when in reality it is within ourselves that “God” resides. In our hearts and in how we treat each other is where we connect with humanity and with the greater force which connect us all.
